Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of tapza.co.uk, TAPZA NFC/QR products and TAPZA Pro. By purchasing, subscribing to or using TAPZA, you agree to these Terms.
1. TAPZA services
TAPZA provides physical NFC/QR products that can direct users to online destinations and software services designed to help businesses manage review activity. TAPZA Pro may include Google Business Profile connection, review-management tools, AI-generated reply drafts, authorised automated replies and interaction insights.
2. Your account and business information
You must provide accurate information and have authority to connect and manage any business location you add to TAPZA. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for actions taken through it.
3. Google Business Profile connection
Connecting Google is optional but is required for TAPZA features that read Google Business Profile review information or publish replies. Connection is made using Google's OAuth authorisation system. You may disconnect or revoke access.
You remain responsible for your Google Business Profile and for ensuring your use of Google services complies with Google's applicable terms and policies. TAPZA is an independent service and is not sponsored, endorsed by or partnered with Google unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. AI-generated review replies
AI-generated text is intended to assist your business and may occasionally be inaccurate, unsuitable or require editing. You remain responsible for replies published on behalf of your business.
If you enable an automatic-reply feature and give the required authorisation, TAPZA may generate and publish replies for eligible reviews without separate approval each time. Where TAPZA is configured to require approval, the reply will not intentionally be published through that workflow until the required approval is given.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use TAPZA unlawfully, impersonate another business, access a profile without authority, manipulate or misuse review systems, submit unlawful or harmful material, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use TAPZA in a way that breaches applicable platform rules.
6. Subscriptions and payment
TAPZA Pro is a recurring subscription charged at the price shown at checkout for the selected number of locations. Charges recur at the stated billing interval until cancelled. Payments and recurring billing are processed through our payment provider.
You can cancel a subscription using the available subscription-management facility. Unless otherwise stated at the point of cancellation, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Physical products
Descriptions and prices for TAPZA cards, stands and bundles are shown at the time of purchase. NFC functionality depends on a compatible device and settings; QR provides an alternative method where available. You are responsible for providing the correct destination or business information required to configure the service.
8. Availability and third-party services
We aim to keep TAPZA available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features that depend on third parties, including Google, payment providers, hosting, email or AI services, may be affected by those providers' availability, policies or API changes. We may modify features where reasonably necessary to maintain the service, security or compliance.
9. Intellectual property
TAPZA branding, website, software, designs and original materials remain the property of their respective owner or licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You retain responsibility for business content and information you supply to the service.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, TAPZA is not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party service outages, unauthorised use outside our reasonable control, or business decisions made solely in reliance on AI-generated content. You should review sensitive or important communications before publication where appropriate.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled, including information used when connecting Google Business Profiles and providing TAPZA Pro.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, suspected misuse, legal compliance or a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using TAPZA and cancel recurring services using the available cancellation process.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to TAPZA, third-party services or legal requirements. The current version will be published here with its latest update date. Where a material change significantly affects an ongoing paid service, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to customers' attention.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that applicable law gives you.
